  We have been fans of the Bistro for many years and on Saturday night decided to celebrate my wife's birthday there. Big mistake! The food was nowhere near the normal standard, overcooked and dry bass fillet, tasteless stir fry and horrible crispy noodles, transport cafe standard gravy on the lamb shank, beans in a sauce resembling the sauce on Heinz baked beans laced with worcestershire sauce. We gave up after this course and when we paid the bill with cash the waitress made no attempt to bring the change back to the table, assuming that we intended to leave all of the change as a tip.
  What a disaster. Never again.

  Good sound bistro. Menu is not too big. Set menu is good value for money. Staff always helpful. Nice location

  Friendly atmosphere, relaxed dining and delicious food at a reasonable price. The Prawns are delicious and the Sirloin steak was cooked to perfection .
